Clear quotes, scoped to your job
CiviEase does not use a public one-size-fits-all rate card. Send us the site, documents and dates you have, and we will define the work and provide a clear written quote before anything starts.
How we price the work
The price depends on the service, site and road environment, risk and complexity, number of stages, information already available, programme, equipment duration and delivery location.
Council and road-authority fees are set by those organisations. Our written quote separates our work from known third-party or authority charges so you can see what is included.
What to send for an accurate quote
- Site address or dropped pin
- A short description of the work and what may affect the road, footpath, property or consent
- Proposed dates and duration
- Plans, council letters or existing application references, if available
- Equipment quantities and hire period, if you need traffic-management equipment
Professional services and equipment hire
We quote professional services, civil delivery and equipment hire against the actual job. This keeps the scope clear and avoids advertising a headline rate that does not include the site, delivery, approvals or operational requirements.
Send what you have.
We will identify what is missing and prepare the quote from there.
What the written quote shows
- CiviEase services — the defined professional, coordination or delivery work included in our scope
- Council and road-authority charges — identified separately where known because the authority sets them
- Equipment, delivery and on-site TTM — listed separately when the job needs them
- Assumptions and exclusions — so you can see what would cause the scope to change
If the information changes after quoting, we will explain the effect on scope before doing additional work.
Frequently asked questions
Does CiviEase publish a standard rate card?
No. The work changes with the site, road environment, documents, programme and approval pathway. We review the job information first and provide a clearly scoped written quote before work begins.
What affects the quote?
The main factors are the type of service, site and road environment, risk and complexity, number of stages, information already available, required turnaround, equipment duration and delivery location.
Are council and road-authority fees included?
Those fees are set by the relevant authority. The written quote identifies CiviEase fees and any known third-party or authority charges separately so you can see what is included.
How do I get a firm fixed quote?
Send the site address, a short description of the work, proposed dates and any plans, council letters or existing application references. We will review the information and confirm if anything else is needed before quoting.
Paperwork to pavement.
Send us what you have — we'll take it from there.
