How CiviEase works

CiviEase starts with what you have: the site address, plans, council letter, RFI or work details.

1

Send the project information

Send the address, plans, council letter, RFI, photos, work dates or contractor methodology. Rough information is enough to begin identifying the next step.

2

Identify what applies

CiviEase checks whether the issue looks like consent support, RFI response, traffic assessment, parking/access review, CAR, vehicle crossing, TMP, temporary traffic management or equipment hire.

3

Prepare or coordinate the documents

Clear documentation is prepared or coordinated so the project team can move toward the next council, RCA or site-start decision.

4

Follow through after approval

When works need to move from paperwork to pavement, CiviEase can help with CAR, TMP, temporary traffic management, vehicles and equipment where suitable.

Consent approval is not the end of the compliance journey. Many projects still need CAR, vehicle crossing approval, TMPs, temporary traffic management, equipment and site access planning before work can start.

Ready to identify the next step?

Send us the site address, plans, council letter, RFI or work details and we will help identify the next step.
